Representative Lynn Luker Is Among Twelve Appointed By Governor Otter To Study Health Insurance Exchange in Idaho

Governor Otter announced appointments to two study groups focused on Medicaid and Health Insurance Exchanges in light of the US Supreme Court's June 28th split decision on Obamacare.
